EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

Exercise Physiology focuses on understanding how the body responds and adapts to physical activity, applying this knowledge to improve health, function and performance.

Exercise Physiologists work with people of all ages and abilities—from individuals managing chronic health conditions to elite athletes—to design personalised, evidence-based exercise programs.

Our Exercise Physiologists support clients to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility and metabolic function, while assisting in the management of conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity and musculoskeletal concerns.

Using expert knowledge of human movement and physiology, programs are carefully prescribed to be safe, effective and goal-focused, helping to improve physical function, prevent disease progression and optimise overall health and wellbeing.
