EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
Exercise Physiology focuses on understanding how the body responds and adapts to physical activity and using this knowledge to improve health and performance.
Exercise physiologists work with people of all ages and abilities—from those managing chronic conditions to elite athletes—to design personalised exercise programs based on scientific principles. We help clients enhance cardiovascular health, muscular strength, flexibility, and metabolic function while managing conditions like diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and musculoskeletal issues.
Our Exercise Physiologists apply their expertise in human movement and physiology to create safe, effective exercise prescriptions that improve physical functioning, prevent disease progression, and optimise overall wellbeing.
