Therapy Works CQ is an Associated Provider under the Australian Government’s new Support at Home Program, replacing the former
Home Care Package (HCP) system. We deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services to seniors who wish to remain safe, independent and active in their own homes.

Accessing Funding

Eligibility and the amount of funded therapy you may receive is determined through a Support at Home assessment by My Aged Care.
