Therapy Works CQ offers Hydrotherapy sessions at the Southside Pool, Rockhampton, delivered by our Exercise Physiologist, Michele.
Hydrotherapy is conducted in a heated pool, using the water’s buoyancy and warmth to reduce weight-bearing stress on the body and help relieve pain. This makes hydrotherapy particularly beneficial for individuals with mobility limitations, joint pain, or chronic conditions.

Our gym-based sessions focus on optimising muscular function and overall physical fitness, helping clients to move more comfortably and confidently in everyday life.

Therapy Works CQ now offers Clinical Pilates (mat work), designed to improve core stability, posture, strength, balance and movement control.
Clinical Pilates programs are highly adaptable and can be modified to suit each individual’s level of ability and functional goals. Sessions may be delivered in small group classes or individual programs, depending on client needs.

Seniors Exercise Classes
Therapy Works CQ offers Seniors Exercise Programs, delivered by our Exercise Physiologist, Michele, to support older adults in maintaining strength, mobility, balance and independence.
These sessions are designed to be safe, supportive and functional, focusing on exercises that assist with everyday activities such as walking, getting up from a chair, climbing stairs and maintaining balance. Programs are individually tailored to suit each participant’s abilities, health conditions and personal goals.
