Nicola Baker

Speech Pathologist

Nicola graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) in 2025. She previously worked as a Therapy Assistant here at Therapy Works CQ while completing her degree. Nicola is driven to provide holistic, person-centred care to children and adolescents.

Nicola believes communication (including being heard and understood) is integral for quality of life and she is passionate about working with individuals to achieve functional and meaningful goals. In her spare time, you will find Nicola at the beach, riding her motorbike or out for coffee with friends.
